Measuring Molecular Mobility with Macro Fluorescence Imaging
18 Aug 2010

This application note examines GFP in live plants and observes systematic differences in areas non-invasively. This demonstrates that molecular mobility can be measured by macro imaging with steady state fluorescence anisotropy with the additional benefits of a large field-of-view which compliments both high throughput, in-vitro assay and in-vivo, non-invasive studies.
