Application Note: IncuCyte ZOOMTM Whole Well Imaging Overview

IncuCyte ZOOM users running software version 2013B or newer, have the ability to image the complete surface of select multi-well plates and 35 mm dishes using two imaging modes: 1) Whole Well, and 2) Dilution Cloning. As with Standard imaging on the IncuCyte ZOOM, all three acquisition channels (Phase, Green, Red) can be used to acquire whole well images. Scenarios that require the whole well imaging strategy include monitoring or tracking rare events within a population of cells (e.g. induced pluripotent stem cell reprogramming), and making observations around well and/or dish edges. This technical note provides information on the IncyCyte ZOOM for such processes.
