Improved HyperDSC Method to Determine Specific Heat Capacity of Nanocomposites and Probe for High-Temperature Devitrification
3 Apr 2012

This note describes a method to measure the change in specific heat for nanocomposites. The temperature program for the sample (and baseline) is that of heating at a very rapid rate (400 ˚C/min) to the upper temperature, then immediately cooling at the same rapid rate to a temperature sufficiently low with little or no sample decomposition.
