Imaging of Apoptosis in Long Term Cell Culture

This application note describes a new ‘mix and read’ apoptosis reagent within the existing CellPlayerTM range already covering proliferation, migration, invasion, cytotoxicity and angiogenesis research.
Long term kinetic imaging is performed with the Essen IncuCyteTM FLR, Live –Cell Imaging System, enabling remote HD phase and quantitative fluorescent imaging of up to six 96 well plates in parallel.
