iLab A Software Platform Supporting Consistent Bioprocess Development from Laboratory to Production Scale

The development and optimization of a biotechnological production process for biopharmaceuticals requires five to eight years. The automation of experimental steps on liquid handling platforms and the optimization of these processes by model driven experimental design are crucial elements of Infoteam’s approach to reducing development timelines and costs of bioprocesses significantly. Bioprocess development often means that a process that works more or less in the screening scale is transferred to bigger scale without adaption of the specific process parameters. This white paper gives an overview of the iLAB software platform used for biological process development.
