Identification of Flavonoids in Complex Plant Extracts

This application note describes the analysis of Ficus sp. extract using the ACQUITY UPLC and SYNAPT G2 HDMS System with IMS and MSE functionality for a comprehensive structural characterization of flavonoids. HDMS provides an extra dimension of separation via ion mobility enabling the separation of orientin from other co-eluting compounds.
