Application Note: High-Throughput TruSeq® Stranded Total RNA Library Construction from FFPE Samples on the Biomek FXP Dual-Arm Multi-96 and Span-8 Workstation

The manual preparation of large numbers of sequencing libraries can be labor-intensive and time-consuming, and also carry a higher risk of human error and inconsistency. This application note demonstrates how the Biomek FXP Laboratory Automation Workstation can be used in combination with the TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Sample Preparation kits to create up to 96 TruSeq Stranded Total RNA sequence-ready libraries in 2 days from various total RNA sample types, including FFPE, and input concentrations as low as 50ng.
