High Sensitivity Quantification of Triptorelin Deca Peptide using the QTRAP® 6500 System

The AB SCIEX Triple Quad™ 6500 and QTRAP® 6500 systems with IonDrive™ technology provide high sensitivity for performing high throughput peptide quantification. In this application note quantification levels of Triptorelin in plasma were explored. The QTRAP 6500 System data provided an ~8x improvement in detection limits over the 5500 system data in this high flow assay.
