High Resolution LC/MS Analysis in Peptide Mapping Using Kinetex™ HPLC Columns

Good resolution of closely related peptides is critical for identifying post-translational modifications in biopharmaceutical research. This application note demonstrates improved peptide resolution for better identification and quantitation of low-level and post-translationally modified peptides. Decreased chromatographic run times are also presented.
