Application Note: BigDye® Terminator Cleanup using Agencourt CleanSEQ® on the MICROLAB® STAR

This application note demonstrates the use of Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization (SPRI™) of DNA products on magnetic microparticles. It is a rapid and effective method for removal of unincorporated dye terminator. Removal of unincorporated dye terminator after DNA sequencing reactions is a prerequisite to loading samples on automated capillary sequencers.
