Case Study: Comparison of Hamilton’s Beverly Portable DO Measurement at the SABMiller Research Brewery
14 August 2015
Consistent production of high quality beer is a main priority of every brewery and can only be achieved if certain parameters are monitored. One of the most important controls in the production of beer is the oxygen content. Only at the wort aeration high dissolved oxygen (DO) content is welcome. This application note presents the results of a comparative study of Hamilton’s Beverly system against a competitors system installed within the SABMiller research brewery.
