Fast Online SPE Purification of Stevia Plant Extracts

In this application note a robust and sensitive online SPE sample preparation method for the determination of steviol glycosides is demonstrated. Using KNAUER SteviaClean SPE cartridges in combination with a KNAUER PLATINblue HPLC Plus system enables reliable purification and determination of stevia plant extract in less than 13 minutes. This is a very suitable method for high throughput analysis.
