Application Note: Densitometric Quantification of Oleuropein in Olive Leaf Dry Extracts

Olive leaf dry extract is produced from the dried leaves of Olea europaea L. and often labeled with a known content of oleuropein. This application note provides a method for the identification of dried olive leaf by HPTLC fingerprint and to discriminate possible adulterants, thereby ensuring a purer oleuropein content.
