This application poster demonstrates how the “Mr. M” software package was used to perform MRM analysis on human high density lipoprotein (HDL) samples. This work demonstrates maturity of the proteomics MRM approach and the ability of new software packages to perform exceedingly sensitive and accurate proteomics biomarker monitoring.
