This application note describes how custom test liquids using assay-specific reagents can be prepared and employed to assess volume transfer performance of a liquid handler using the Artel performance of a liquid handler using the Artel MVS® Multichannel Verification System. The note describes general methods for creating and testing custom test solutions.
