Coumarins Using Pursuit™ UPS 2.4

This application note describes the conditions used to separate a mixture of seven coumarins.  Good resolution is obtained between two pairs of positional isomers.  The data was obtained using Pursuit UPS 2.4 columns with a particle size of 2.4 μm.
