Scientific Poster: Complete Characterization of a Cysteine-linked Antibody-Drug Conjugate Performed on a Hybrid Quadrupole-Orbitrap Mass Spectrometer with High Mass Range

This application demonstrates the complete characterization of Brentuximab vedotin, a cysteine-linked. For this process, the control software of a Thermo ScientificTM Q ExactiveTM Plus and Q ExactiveTM HF OrbitrapTM mass spectrometers was modified to add native MS capability allowing the cysteine-linked ADC to be analyzed while preserving the non-covalent bonding of the antibody subunits.
