This paper describes an evaluation of the EntericBio System for detection of bacterial faecal pathogens. The EntericBio System uses a multiplex PCR assay for the simultaneous detection of Campylobacter spp., Salmonella enteric, Shigella spp., and Escherichia coli 0157.
