Application Note: Combining Tm and Tagg with Sizing and Polydispersity on UNcle

This application note describes the use of UNcle to gain more information from thermal ramp stability measurements, a known method for ranking protein formulations stability. By opting to collect Dynamic Light Scattering data at the beginning and end of a thermal ramp, the use of UNcle allows for increased information gathering. This application note highlights the key benefits of the UNcle, which include high resolution results, without increasing sample volume or workflow time.
