The guide gives pictoral guidelines on how to perfom each step, and is designed for use with BD FACSCount™ CD4 Reagents, BD FACSCount Controls, and BD FACSCount CD4 Software. This application note can be used after you are familiar with the procedures in the appropriate BD FACSCount system user’s guide and package insert.
