Automation of Illumina TruSeq Exome Enrichment Using the Agilent Bravo Liquid Handling Platform

The TruSeq Exome Enrichment protocol enables rapid processing of up to 576 samples per 96-well plate via master-mixed and plate-based reagents. To fully leverage the high-throughput design of the enrichment kit, a protocol has been developed on the Agilent Bravo Liquid Handling Platform that enables the automated preparation of 96 samples in parallel on a single robot with minimal user intervention.
