Application Note: Automation of a Generic Fluorescent Methyltransferase Activity

This application note demonstrates the combination of a fluorescence polarization-based assay with liquid handling and dispensing instrumentation and a multi-mode microplate reader, which may be used to monitor histone methyltransferase (HMT) G9a biological activity.
