Automated Method Development, Method Building and Batch Submission for ADME/PK Labs using DiscoveryQuant™ Software
13 May 2008

In pharmaceutical research and discovery, results from in vitro and in vivo ADME assays are used as a guide to identify the strengths and liabilities of potential drug candidates. Analytical throughput tends to be a bottleneck for ADME assays as increasing the numbers of samples is often a strategy employed to improve data quality and draw definitive conclusions. This application note demonstrates how DiscoveryQuant™ software can greatly help eliminate these bottlenecks by automating method development, providing organization of methods for thousands of compounds and processing of routine quantitative data.
