Assessing Authenticity of Fruit Juices Using the ACQUITY UPLC System

In this application note, pineapple juice samples are analyzed UPLC for high resolution separations, photo diode array (PDA) detection, and accurate mass MS and MS/MS. Data interpretation involves the use of multi-variate analysis (MVA) and database searching in order to easily identify any key differences between authentic and adulterated pineapple juices.
