Application of the Amplifluor® SNPs Genotyping System using a FLUOstar OPTIMA Microplate Reader

This application note describes a homogeneous fluorescence assay based on PCR. High S/B values indicate that the FLUOstar OPTIMA is an excellent instrument for running this assay and is easily capable of measuring the output from the a genotyping assay kit with high precision and with high throughput.
