Analysis of Histamine in Wine Samples Using a Microplate Format

This application note demonstrate that histamine can be quantitatively determined in wine samples using ELISA. The ELISA method requires minimal sample preparation and a minimal amount of equipment, yet can be used for a large number of samples.
