Advanced Automated Library Searching for Compound Identification in Forensic Toxicology Samples

In this application note from AB SCIEX, Q TRAP® technology is used for the generation of highly sensitive full scan MS and MS/MS spectra. The LibraryView™ Software was used for advanced automated spectral library searching and was able to successfully identify all compounds in the plasma. Both conceivable as well as unexpected compounds can be identified and confirmed with confidence based on MS/MS spectral library searches using the LibraryView™ Software, all from a single injection.
