Scientific Poster: A Robust and Sensitive Automated Method for Mass Spectrometry-Based Serum Pattern Diagnostics Using Well-Established ZipTip Technology

This poster describes the adaptation of an automated ZipTips-based approach for serum peptide profiling as an alternative to magnetic bead-based methodologies. The quick and easy approach using ZipTips, tested over a whole year, is more reproducible and more suitable for serum profile screening than the magnetic bead-based methodologies. The automated ZipTip platform was validated using serum samples from 30 healthy persons and now it is used to process hundreds of serum samples collected from post-menopausal women as part of the UK
