A Rapid and Robust High Content Analysis Method for Detecting Protein Translocation Using acumen hci
21 Jan 2013

An important part of cellular signaling is the role of protein translocation. For example, in its inactive state, NF-kappa B is sequestered in the cytoplasm by a group of inhibitors called I kappa Bs. This application note demonstrates the ability of acumen hci from TTP Labtech to rapidly analyze and assess the translocation of NF-kappa B from the cytoplasm to the nucleus. The novel design features of the acumen hci imager used in these studies permit whole well analysis at read times compatible with primary screening campaigns.
