Applications of rheology in the waxes, creams and emulsions arena

In this webinar we are considering materials that we’d typically measure at room temperature or perhaps a little bit above or below. However there are always exceptions and we are giving a flavor of the applications and use of rheology (complex modulus, shear and loss modulus; phase angle; oscillation amplitude and frequency sweeps) in these fields. Materials that may be considered include printing inks, paints, varnishes (coatings), hot melt adhesives, lubricants/additives, cosmetics (Vaseline and topical creams), dentistry, and food emulsions including cream liqueurs. The use of empirical and semi-theoretical models will be commented upon.
