New Resin for the Purification of His-Tagged Proteins

Watch this video to learn how the new cOmplete His-Tag Purification Resin from Roche Applied Science enables His-tagged proteins to be purified in more favorable conditions. Steve Bye explains how the Roche’s new proprietary nickel-chelate chemistry is compatible with DTT and EDTA. This means scientist’s can now maintain the highest protein stability during purification, without compromising the capacity of the column. Interview filmed by SelectScience at AACR 2013.
