In this video Melinda Pham from Pennsylvania State University, tells SelectScience about her work involving polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). In addition to discussing the environmental concerns surrounding PAH contamination, Melinda also discusses the methods she is using to identify sources of PAHs and how she hopes to refine these methods so similar analyses can be routinely performed in environmental laboratories.
