This video introduces the Leica TCS SP8 Confocal Microscope. It has been designed for confocal microscopy with optimal photon efficiency and high speed. The high performance optics enable outstanding transparency and optical throughput whilst the unique beamsplitter means fluorescent light can be separated without the usual bandwidth limitations.
