In this video Dr. Thomas Sobik tells SelectScience how the FastPrep family of instruments enable rapid and thorough sample homogenization. The matrices available for various sample types, such as bacteria, skin and bone, and the kits and reagents that have been designed to facilitate DNA, RNA and protein extraction are also discussed. In the second half of this video Crispin Graham tells SelectScience about the vast range of in vitro diagnostics products available for infectious diseases, such as hepatitis B, hepatitis C and HIV, cardiology, oncology and metabolism.
