The applications of the Cytell Imaging Cytometer in cell counting, cell viability, apoptosis, antibody detection and cell phenotyping are discussed. Sarah tells SelectScience about the Cytiva Cardiomyocytes, which provide a biologically-relevant alternative to current cell models and primary cells for predictive toxicity testing. The Cytiva Cell Health and Cell Integrity Assay kits are four color assays which enable multi-parameter detection. These were recently developed to compliment the high content imaging portfolio and were also on show. Interview filmed at MipTec 2012 by SelectScience.
