Show Guide Guidelines
Drive traffic to your exhibition booth and reach attendees prior to the show, as part of the Event Media Coverage.
Submit your press release at least two weeks before the send date, copy requirements are as follows:
- Details of your company’s activities at the event; i.e. product launch news, workshop or special events. Please present this as an article that is suitable for publication as a press release on the website (we recommend 3-4 paragraphs). Please ensure this article is written to be sent from SelectScience rather than your own company. For example, “XXX will showcase new products for XXX at XXX”, rather than “we will present XXX for XXX at XXX”.
- A JPEG image, 250 x 250 pixels in size.
- Your booth number.
- A URL if you have a particular page you would like your external link to direct to, please note that all other links are directed internally.
Our editorial team will write a summary of your article for inclusion in the guide itself, if you would rather supply this content please send a brief summary between 180 – 200 characters in length (including spaces). Summaries are subject to editorial approval.
Your press release will be published on SelectScience as a news article with a short summary featured in the show guide email, driving traffic to the full article on SelectScience. You will receive a preview of your email approximately one week prior to the email send.

Features for 2017
Image submissions: Any images supplied for publication must have a license for usage on SelectScience. Any liabilities arising from the incorrect use of an image supplied to and published on SelectScience will be passed on to the provider and/or their agent. In the event of improper usage of a supplied image, SelectScience will charge an administration fee to the image provider and/or their agent.
